You want rapid fat loss using a Low Calorie Diet Program. Starving your body will only slow down your body's fat burning engine and ruin any chance you had of losing weight. You may temporarily lose a few pounds but once your metabolism slows down all weight loss will stop. You can't get slim by starving yourself.

Also, programs such as Jenny Craig usually involve buying special meals and/or dietary supplements during the initial phases of the program. These plans are very expensive and take a long time to acheive results.
